For the best fit please measure your wrist with a tape measure and add 1/2 inch to your measurement if you like your bracelet snug, or add 1 inch if you prefer your bracelet loose. If you don't have a tape measure, just use a piece of yarn and then measure with a ruler.
Standard length for women’s bracelet:
6.5 to 7.5 inches.
Standard length for men’s bracelet:
8 to 9 inches.
