KiddoMoonStudio is not responsible for lost or stolen orders. We provide tracking for all orders purchase through our shop. If you experience any postal delivery issues please contact your local Post or Canada Post for resolution.

Custom fees and taxes are Buyers responsibility, By law KiddoMoonStudio can not alter the cost of your item to evade Customs taxes and fees. If you are unfamiliar with your countries customs policy please contact your local post office for clarity.

KiddoMoonStudio packs all orders with utmost care and protection to prevent damage to your item during shipment. However accidents happen and we are not responsible for damaged orders via shipment. If you wish to purchase shipping insurance please message us before placing your order.
KiddoMoonStudio items are one of kind and we do not offer returns, exchanges or replacements for lost, stolen or damaged shipped items.

All items in KiddoMoonStudio are pictured and videoed with as much detail as possible. We do not Photoshop and do not use filters nor alter our images. We do sometimes resize images to fit Etsy's image resolution. All images are taken under studio or natural lighting. Device screens can enhance coloring depending on your monitors configurations. If you are unsure with the images provided please message us and we are more than happy to send more images under different lighting.

KiddoMoonStudio items are one of kind handmade or privately mined crystals with limited inventory. We do not offer returns, exchanges or replacements for lost, stolen or damaged shipped items.

KiddoMoonStudio is a avid crystal collector and enjoys mining their own crystals. We also source Crystals from other Private Owners/Hobbyist and Small Family Owned Mines. We do not source or mine from large commercial companies. Many Crystal mines are operated with child labour or other unethical practices. The only way to know your crystals are 100% ethically sourced is by knowing the people that own and work the mines and visiting the mines yourself. Many crystal Sellers do not visit mines and take the word of wholesalers that they are ethically sourced when this information is not always transparent and truthful.
