Lightly scented with Blue Lotus essential oil, this flower is known to help with calming nerves and help with sleep and dream more vividly.  For best use make sure to use it during bedtime and spray mist on head and pillow before sleep. Excellent use for deep meditation, lightly mist on top of head before meditation. You can spray it anytime, morning or night.
